Couples
Health is easier—and more sustainable—when you have support at home. Couples receive the same comprehensive care at a simplified, discounted rate.
The monthly fee for a couple is figured: (Older partner's membership rate x 2) - 20%
For example:
If the older partner is 42:
Individual rate (older partner): $80
Double that: $160
Apply 20% discount: − $32
Couple total: $128/month
A simple, predictable way to care for your health together.
WHY ONE FLAT FEE?
Your health is interconnected—so your care should be too. Whether you come in for hormones, weight support, midlife transitions, or primary care, we always look at the full picture. You are a whole person, not a bundle of separate services, and your pricing should reflect that simplicity.
Transparent. Inclusive.
Whole-person care.
That’s Kindred Roots.
65+ or HAVE MEDICARE PART B?
While most services at Kindred Roots Primary & Palliative Care are offered on a private-pay or membership basis, billing may work differently for patients with Medicare Part B. Certain services may be eligible to be billed directly to Medicare, and in these situations, a membership fee may not apply. Because each patient’s needs and circumstances are different, we’re happy to discuss your options with you before scheduling care.
